HOW TO MEDITATE
Try and begin each day with this simple two-minute exercise that can be done just about
anywhere, anytime.
Relax, breathe in deeply and chill out!
Close your eyes and concentrate on tone thought, one happy thought. Breath in deeply
through your nose and exhale out slowly through your mouth.
Look to your body and notice if there are any tender, stiff spots, and if so, try shaking
your body loosely, but tenderly. This helps to release tension in those tight areas.
Next look to your head. Rotate it using a smooth, circular motion two or three times. Do
this slowly and of course, stop if you feel any pain. Reverse direction and rotate and count
of three.
Roll your shoulders them forward then reverse and rotate them backwards, slowly several
times. Push them up and down a few times slowly and remember to keep your happy thought
flowing throughout this entire exercise.
Open your eyes. How are you feeling? If you have time, repeat the exercise several times
throughout the day.

"Think happy thoughts, Peter."
